PS5 Reveal

Sony's official PlayStation 5 page has been updated again. The last update came in March, following Mark Cerny's in-depth talk. The PS5 page now features three bullet points about the next-gen system:

Lightning speed
Harness the power of a custom CPU, GPU, and SSD with Integrated I/O that rewrite the rules of what a PlayStation console can do.

Stunning games
Marvel at incredible graphics and experience new PS5โ„ข features.

Breathtaking immersion
Discover a deeper gaming experience with support for haptic feedback, adaptive triggers and 3D Audio technology.

Obviously these bullet points don't tell us anything new, but the simple fact that the site has been altered already has fans talking about incoming announcements. And to be fair, such speculation isn't unfounded -- official sites like this tend to be tampered with when the corporate cogs are turning. It could well be that Sony is gearing up for the big reveal.

What's more, with The Last of Us: Part II's State of Play set for tomorrow (at the time of writing), it does kind of feel like Sony is making way for the PS5. After all, rampant rumours still reckon that the console's reveal is happening in June. Let's hope that this update is a sign that something's about to happen. Finally.

Do you think the PS5 event is imminent? Can you feel it in the air? Tell us that you're tired of speculating in the comments section below.
